 The Certified Landscape Technician Test / Exterior is a national hands-on testing program administered only through LCA in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. Every year the prestigious CLT title is awarded to those individuals that put forth the effort and dedication toward being a Certified Landscape Technician. The program seeks to recognize proficiency in the landscape workforce, upgrade the status of the landscape professional, and provide the public with a means of identifying qualified landscape professionals.
